...GET OFF ME

Somewhat inspired by warp-y's great and thought-provoking headcanons regarding these three, I started to think a bit on MK, Sword and Blade's sort-of relationship. And so, I was wondering.. did Meta Knight effectively "adopt" his two knaves after meeting them? Like, they were pretty much homeless and (presumably) orphaned, so who's to say MK didn't start thinking of them as his.. kids?

Maybe he trained them himself and taught them all about swordplay and the like. Maybe he.. got mad at them for not doing their chores, lol. Maybe he watched them while they were sleeping to make sure they had good dreams I DON'T KNOW.

I'm just thinking that maybe he wasn't so completely cold with them and actually cared for the two acolytes, ya know? So, because of all he did, here's Sword and Blade returning the favour (kinda... in their own way...) and giving him a hug as thanks for everything. I guess. Gee.. I didn't think this'd turn out so dang mushy, lol...
