Somehow, I managed to finish even less than last year's inktober yet I'm fine with that? I'm honestly a lot happier with the sketches I made this year than ANYTHING in past year's. Quality over quantity, I guess? :"D

Inktober 2018 summary

Couldn't finish yet again :V And I got about as far as I did last year, too.
Honestly kinda disappointed with myself. I really wanted to finish at least one a day as you're supposed to, but I couldn't even accomplish that..
They're not even that great, but here's what I managed to finished:

I had so many ideas for the rest of the prompts too, it's really bumming me out that I'll have to stop here.
But hey, at least I can start working on my personal projects, so there's that.

Aiming to take all of your positive expectations and meeting none of them, this game is a test of how much mediocrity you can actually take! If you make it through to the end and still have faith in humanity (or me, at least), then thanks because I didn't write all this for nothing :V
And with that, let's introduce our kind victims- err, volunteers!
PotatoKoko, DreamPuppeteer, stardust155, TheAkanemnon, Halgalaz.....
...along with a shitload of filler. Let's hope they die first or something.
de wae was requested by fellow volunteer stardust155 who wanted some memes so I obliged, slightly. Threw in sanic there for good measure. That's all I can take :V

DAY 1
RIGHT AWAY, Akane shows how little she cares about the metagame by just deciding to be broken right off the bat. We'll have to nerf her next time.
Meanwhile, Fumu has about the same idea but took a more pay-to-win approach... hmm...

So busy checking her messages that Akane didn't notice she was dragging the plot along with her. Joe aims to rectify that! And hopefully bring our ratings back up!
Also I'm staring to notice how Halgalaz seems to get paired with Sectonia a lot.... hmm...

Seems Halgalaz and Stardust have no problem getting cozy with killers :^)

Susie's karaoke skills were so bad, Stardust had to take matters into her hands... while Halgalaz decides to shill again.
Meanwhile, the two exiles settle their score... though I kinda didn't expect the outcome to be anything BUT this.

1. What flowers do you like best?
Oof, tough one. I don't think there's a flower I dislike..
Guess I really like petunias, lilies, lantanas, chrysanthemums, dahlias, daisies, azaleas, violets, hibiscus, hydrangea.......
And out of ALLL of those.. maybe the dahlia is my favourite?
I actually own most of these I listed, with the exception of dahlias funny enough lol
2. What Legend of Zelda game is your favorite? If you're not into the series, do you have a different favorite game?
Majora's Mask, hands down
Though I've only played three games in the series, the other two being skyward sword and spirit tracks. I thought those were okay, but MM really grabbed me. It's one of my top favourites games of all time, for sure.
3. What color is your room walls?
Blue.. for some reason (I didn't paint them).
4. Do you have siblings, or are you an only child?
Allll byyy myselfffff
5. Is there anyone you miss right now? (Doesn't matter what your relationship with them is)
My friends from high school, kinda
6. Do you play any instruments?
I used to play alto sax in high school, not anymore though. Probably could still play it if I tried
I thought myself piano some time ago, though one handed and on an app on my tablet. That.. probably doesn't count
7. Do you like stargazing?
Yes!
8. If you could be a mythical creature, what would you be?
A hydra, or maybe a sea serpent
Or how about something from Lovecraft mythos.. Nyarlathotep?
9. Is there anything you collected as a kid? do you still collect it to this day or did you eventually stop?
I collected a lot of things, though at first it was seashells and rocks; like I think I still have this container full of them in my closet.. I'd take one every time I went to the beach, going for anything smooth and shiny, or just interesting in general
Later it was little rubber erasers and then stickers.
And of course yugioh and Pokemon cards, later on.
Now I don't really collect so much (and I stopped playing yugioh so there goes that), but I do have a small collection of anime/game figurines. It's.. kinda an expensive hobby so I don't have too many haha
10. What was the last movie you watched and did you like it?
Last time I went to the movies was... last year.
I THINK it was Dunkirk, and yeah I liked it
I watched Perfect Blue two weeks ago on dvd; it's an old Satoshi Kon movie and I really liked it! I've been seeking out these old classics to watch lately
11. What season do you like best, and why?
Spring, not too hot and not too cold, and the flowers are (generally) in full bloom
12. Do you like horror stories? What is your favorite, if you do?
For sure. But I don't think I've actually read too many that are straight-up horror, not just 'horror-themed'
I've played more horror games tbh. I recently tried Ib, a freeware RPG maker game, and really liked it. It manages to be creepy without the use of gore which I thought was cool.^^
